Ownership – uploaded videos become the property of the three organizing bodies (Wheen Bee Foundation, Rotary Club of Canterbury and Rotarians for Bees) and may be used only in relation to promoting this or future Waggle Dance Challenge Events.
I grant permission to the organisers for the rights of my image, in video or still, without payment or any other consideration.
I understand that my image may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears.
I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of my image or recording.
I understand that this material may be used in diverse settings within an unrestricted geographic area.
By registering for this Event, I understand this permission signifies that photographic or video recordings of me may be electronically displayed via the Internet or in the public setting.
Photographic, audio or video recordings may be used for ANY USE which may include but is not limited to:
I will be consulted about the use of the photographs or video recording for any purpose other than those listed above.
There is no time limit on the validity of this release nor is there any geographic limitation on where these materials may be distributed.
This release applies to photographic, audio or video recordings collected as part of Global Waggle Dance for World Bee Day 2020
The Final Compilation Video and the selection of the performances featured in the video will be at the discretion of the organizers.
The Organsiers are under no obligation to feature all of the video submissions in the final compilation.
Registration in the event and submission of a video does not constitute a guarantee of appearing in the final video.
Following World Bee Day the compilation video will be circulated via social media.
I consent to my image appearing in a compilation video of the Event.
Where relevant, I am a parent or guardian for the children appearing in this uploaded video and I give consent for their images to be included in the social media presentation worldwide.
The Organisers undertake not to use any images/video in a way that would misrepresent the intent of the participation in the Online Waggle Dance World record attempt for World Bee Day 2020.
I undertake to ensure that every safety precaution will be taken with the filming and siting of our waggle dance and confirm that the organisers can and will bear no responsibility in the unlikely event of accident or injury incurred in the course of my participation in this Event.
Except where there is a clear act of negligence, The Organisers, their agents, officers, directors, employees, parent groups and/or subsidiaries will have no responsibility for the safety of any part of the Global Waggle Dance Challenge and will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury incurred in the course of participation in the Event.

total number of waggle dance videos uploaded in a 20 day period from 1st May to 20th May 2020.
total number of participants performing the waggle dance on eligible videos uploaded in a uploaded in a 20 day period from 1st May to 20th May 2020.
oldest waggler performing the waggle dance on a video uploaded in a 20 day period from 1st May to 20th May 2020
youngest waggler performing the waggle dance on a video uploaded in a 20 day period from 1st May to 20th May 2020
Total number of countries submitting eligible waggle dance videos.
The country with the most eligible video uploads
The country with the most participants performing the waggle dance.
By registering in this Event, I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand the terms and conditions and agree to be bound them.
